Our online store can be reached after browsing through our “SHOP” section.

You’ll want to make sure you have considered the following:

  • You’ve chosen a theme program, and the correct language arts program that coordinates with it.
  • You’ve added in the consumables you need for extra students, for both theme programs and LA.
  • You’ve added the Timeline figures of your choice, and “Timelines in History” books, if you need them.
  • You’ve considered whether or not you want to purchase extras such as the maps set or craft storage.
  • You’ve assembled your order, and form of payment. We accept Discover, Visa, MC or personal check by mail.
  • We have also set up a payment plan for those who need such an alternative. Details are online.
  • You’re prepared with your shipping address, or alternate address if a shipper won’t deliver to you.

Shipping Costs

-- CONTIGUOUS U.S. --

  • FREE SHIPPING on your entire purchase with the purchase of a themed program of $279 or more, or any order of $350 or more.
  • Orders $100 or less will be charged a flat $9. Orders of more than $100 will be charged 9% shipping. (Fuel costs play a large part in our flat shipping charges.)

-- ALASKA & HAWAII --

  • All orders charged 12% shipping, with a $12 minimum shipping charge.

-- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS --

  • International orders will be charged actual shipping plus insurance charges. Please call for rates. These charges will be charged to your credit card in a second transaction after shipping.

Payment Plan

Payment Plan Outline
We offer a payment plan for those who need to split their order into payments. This plan is an option for programs of $300.00 or more. The payment plan is divided into three equal payments, all by credit card, and there is a small charge for participating in the program. There are no other fees for the program, unless your credit card does not clear for payment for any of the three payments. Your participation in the program also means that WinterPromise will hold the shipment, if need be, to ship it in as few shipments as possible. More details are below.

The Payment Plan Agreement
You can make three equal payments by credit card: one in the month you order, one at the end of the following calendar month, and one at the end of the calendar month after the second payment. You are charged $25 for the program. There are no other fees unless your credit card does not clear for payment, at which time we will charge an additional $25 for each failed payment. We will contact you about the failed payment and try again to clear the payment within a few days.

When you order, you pay 1/3 of the order + the $25 fee. The payment plan does not apply to orders less than $300.00. The partial payment as charged to your bank (together with our proof of shipment) will act as your assent to our charging the additional two payments in the successive months, and will bind you to payment. It also allows WinterPromise to reserve the right to hold orders to ship in as few shipments as possible, if an item is on backorder, or has not been released for purchase at the time of the order. If product is returned, WinterPromise’s return policy is still in effect for this order, and will be honored within the time frames noted in our standard return policy.
