Some of our eBooks are delivered right after your purchase as a direct download from our website while others need to be manually sent through a platform called Hightail. (Some of our bigger resources are too big to be sent directly through our website which is why we need to utilize another platform as well.)

If you don’t receive all of your eBooks directly after your purchase your eBooks will be sent to you by the end of the next business day. Once they are sent you will also receive a note on your order letting you know when they were sent, and when your access to download those files expires. If you need a password to access any of the files you received one will be provided to you in the email containing the downloads for those eBooks.
