Target Age Group: 2nd to 6th
Type of Resource: Consumable
This Interactive Resource
Create set-up scenes or your own dino storybook with this fun resource. Directions are provided for each of these ideas, telling students how to use backgrounds and cut-out dinosaurs differently, depending on what they want to do. You can print the pages twice, if your student would like to do both. All dinosaurs in this set are native to North America only, so that the mixture of dinosaurs are those that would have actually interacted with each other in the habitat backgrounds provided.
Students can cut out an Alamosaurus, Diplodocus, Hesperosaurus, Stegosaurus, Gastonia, Edmontia, Ankylosaur, Styracosaurus, Triceratops, Avaceratops, Centrosaurus, Achelousaurus, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Allosaurus, and Utahraptor. Each dinosaur is pictured for cutting out in different sizes, so that they can easily be placed differently in different scenes, or grouped, or used to create an action scene! Very cool!
